Creamy Italian Chicken, Easy Ranch Caesar, Garlic Bread and 4-Minute Brownie Pie

Creamy Italian Chicken, Easy Ranch Caesar and Garlic Bread Like all of Roan's other recipes we've tried, we loved the Creamy Italian Chicken! I like that we have the directions for cooking it in a crock pot, and it worked really well using the directions I gave for making it with pre-cooked, chopped chicken from the freezer. I love options, and both of these are real time savers! For more great Crock Pot recipes, visit Debbie at: http://diningwithdebbie.blogspot.com/2009/07/my-letter-to-jim.html This made a large dish full!! We all had a nice serving. I made a plate for Dude, Aunt Jean, and for Larry's lunch tomorrow. There's still enough for the mine and the kids' lunch tomorrow, too!! The salad was a hit, also. We're all big fans of ranch dressing. I made ours with 3/4 cup light mayo and 1/4 cup real. I used skim milk. It made about three cups of dressing. I placed one cup in a little plastic measuring pitcher I got last week at Wal-mart f

My free McDonald's Mocha from Mocha Monday!!!

In America, you can buy bucket-sized cups of coffee in any flavour you like, other than coffee-flavour. ~Author Unknown - but apparently British from the spelling. What do those tea drinkers know about coffee, anyway?! ;) McDonald's Hot Mocha Whipped Cream and Chocolate Syrup oozing from the spout of a McDonald's Hot Mocha It's Mocha Monday at Mickey D's!! I ran to our McDonald's here in Pontotoc this morning and got a Hot Mocha. I am a pretty loyal Starbucks fan and hadn't tried McDonald's gourmet coffees - until today. I have to say it was pretty good! Better, or as good as - Starbucks? Well, I'm mixed! I think I like McDonald's whipped topping and chocolate syrup better than Starbucks!! It was creamy and sweet! Really tasty!! But, I'll have to say that Starbucks still has me on the coffee part! However, Mickey D's wasn't bad at all!! Considering that the closest Starbucks is 20 miles, verses the closest McDonald's being a mile

The Blessing of Bagels...

Eat thy bread with joy... Ecclesiastes 9:7 Atlanta Bread's Asiago Cheese Bagel Atlanta Bread's Asiago Cheese Bagel toasted with Bacon Pimento and Cheese and Whipped Cream Cheese Larry and I love bagels! Unfortunately, fresh bagels weren’t available in our immediate area for a long time! As always, even though I'm sure I never had the good sense to ask Him, God provided! When we went to Memphis, we’d go by The Bagel Company on Poplar and load up. Leigh and Brendan often bring us a nice package of these wonderful treats from Beagle Bagel, when they come home. And, Lula, a kind, former co-worker of Larry’s, fellow foodie and terrific cook, would bring us bagels from New York, when she went to visit her family there. Then a few months back, an Atlanta Bread Company opened in Tupelo! Oh, happy day!! Fresh bagels without traveling to extremes, or "mis-putting" our friends and family! It really is the small things in life that often bring us the greatest pleasure! I am
