Miracle Pecan-Caramel Bars

Miracle Pecan-Caramel Bars This recipe was inspired by one in the Supper Suppers Cookbook by Judie Byrd. These cookie bars are easy and yummy! Miracle Pecan-Caramel Bars 1 stick of butter, melted 1 package of yellow cake mix 2 (8 ounce) packages of softened cream cheese 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. With a fork, mix together cake mix and butter. Pat this into the baking dish. With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and brown sugar; stir in pecan by hand. Spoon cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. For more yummy recipes, visit: Foodie Friday
