Shana's Shrimp Dip

Shana Mc. gave me this recipe when she and Michael lived in Pontotoc. It’s quick, easy and very tasty! It’s always been a hit when I’ve served it at home or taken it to functions. We all enjoyed Shana’s cooking and all her great recipes while they served in our church and lived in our town. She opened her home very often for various meetings, too. Shanna is a sweet, sweet lady who truly ministered to us through her kitchen. I’m sure she is still serving the Lord faithfully in this way! Shrimp Dip 1 can tiny shrimp, drained and mashed/flaked with a fork 1 package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix 1 - 16 oz. sour cream a teaspoon or so of lemon juice (optional) Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate a least a couple of hours before serving. Can be made the day before. Serve with crackers or chips. This is really good with Frito's Scoops!
