Menu Plan Monday

Commit your work to the LORD,    and your plans will be established.  Proverbs 16:3  I am still working on clearing out my fridge and pantry. Here are the recipes I came up with to help me accomplish this: Monday - Pepperoni Pie Pepperoni Pie I tweaked this to use ingredients I already had on hand from a recipe shared by Laura at MPM last week. 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell 2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend, divided 1 (2-ounce) package pepperoni slices 1½ cups half-and-half (or milk) 3 eggs, beaten 3 tablespoons Bisquick 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese into the bottom of pie shell.  Top cheese with half of the pepperoni slices. Whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.  Pour into pie shell. Top with remaining pepperonis.  Sprinkle with the remaining cup of cheese. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes. Tuesday - Crescent Chicken Bundles and mashed p
