Tater Tot Casserole Tater Tot Casserole Tater Tot Casserole is one of the kids' favorites! They'd eat it every week! 2 pounds ground chuck, browned and drained 1 can cream of cheddar soup ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided 1 bag tater tots Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Combine ground chuck, soup, mayonnaise, sour cream and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Spoon into prepared dish. Top with tater tots. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until tator tots are done. Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheddar cheese. Return to oven long enough to melt cheese.
