Here's an old favorite of mine: Brown Sugar Apple Dip In a medium sauce pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Stir in 1 cup brown sugar. You can also add a bit of ground cinnamon, if you like. Remove pan from heat and add 1 cup of sour cream. Blend well. Serve with apple slices.
