Grilled Shrimp, Garlic Parmesan Potatoes, Grilled Frozen Corn-on-the-cob and Hush Puppies

We are back from a fun-filled few days at the beach! We had a great time and ate a ton of seafood! I guess we couldn’t get enough of a good thing, because we carted a cooler of it home with us! Larry cleaned all the shrimp, bless his heart, and grilled some of it for dinner tonight. We had Grilled Shrimp, Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Frozen Corn-on-the-cob and Hush Puppies. Coat with a bit of olive oil. Place on skewers, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge until ready to grill. Be sure the rest of your meal is ready before you place the shrimp on the grill. They will cook quickly!! Remove skewered shrimp from fridge. Sprinkle with Lawry’s Season Salt. Place on hot grill, turning once. Watch closely. Shrimp cook quickly.
