I finally got to make Emily's Savory Beef Noodle Dinner tonight.  I could just tell from the ingredients that my crew would really like it!  They did!!  I did mix my noodles and sauce together, because the kids were taking a portion of it over to Aunt Jean's to eat supper with her.  This made it easier for them to transport the food.  Aunt Jean fried them a big batch of Ms. Judy's okra, too!  What a treat!! When I asked Logan if they all liked the noodle dish, he replied, "We loved it!  Why haven't you made this before?!" Larry and I ate quickly before heading out to a meeting.  He wanted seconds but decided to save it for his lunch tomorrow instead.  This is a fairly large dish.  There was enough for Dude's lunch tomorrow, too.  The only change I made was using fresh mushrooms instead of the canned.  M.C. loves fresh mushrooms, but she just about won't eat canned ones.
