Ham, Egg and Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

 Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Psalm 100:2 I managed to use a bit more of the ham yesterday! I made this casserole for Sunday school, and everyone seemed to like it. I used 6 eggs, but thought I could have used a couple more. Others thought the 6 eggs were fine. I may try it with 8 next time - just to see... Best wishes for a great week to all! Ham, Egg and Biscuit Casserole Ham, Egg and Biscuit Breakfast Casserole 7 frozen biscuits, baked according to package directions 2 cups chopped ham 2 cups shredded cheese 6 - 8 large eggs 2 cups milk 2 teaspoons dried mustard Dash or two of hot sauce Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Split the biscuits and line the baking dish with the biscuit halves, cut side up. Sprinkle ham evenly over the biscuit layer. Top with the cheese.
