Cowboy BBQ Pizza

This pizza is easy and good!  I just used a package of my precooked chicken from the freezer and add Corky's bar-b-que sauce.  The prepacked bar-b-que is very easy to keep in the freezer, and is on sale often. Tuesday - Cowboy BBQ Pizza 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough 1container (18 ounces) refrigerated or frozen bar-b-que meat with sauce ¼ - ½  cup chopped cooked bacon (4 - 8 slices) (I used precooked.) 2cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (I used 2%.) Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Pat pizza dough onto pizza pan. Spread bar-b-que mixture over dough. Top with bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is light golden brown and cheese is melted.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

I have made these for years, and they are a family favorite!  When I first started making these yummy little bars, store-brand cookie dough was only 99 cents a roll.  Now it's twice that price!!  Pillsbury puts out loads of coupons for their cookie dough.  As noted below, you aren't limited to using chocolate chip cookie dough!  Any flavor will work!   These bars are quick and easy to make and yummy to eat. I don't make them very often, because we can't seem to resist them.  The whole pan of treats just seems to quickly disappear!!!
