Janet’s Chicken Dip
My friend, Janet, gave me this recipe years ago. She often brings it to our Sunday school Christmas parties! I love it! It was a hit with the "Lost Crew," too!
2 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese
2 large cans canned chicken, drained
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x13 with cooking spray.
Soften cream cheeses and pat into the bottom pan.
Spread chicken over cream cheese.
Pour salsa evenly over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until hot and bubbly - about 20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
