    I am going to use your recipe for green beans the next time I make them. I really like Allen's green beans, and I haven't bought them in a while. The bacon will make the delicious!
    Are you exercising to help you reach your weight loss goal? Walking (or jogging) 1 mile = 100 calories burned! Keep that in mind when you are walking!
