I started dieting and weighing back in august. Starting weight: 169. As of today, 160. Slow, but steady. :) Congrats on the two pounds. So that's in a week? Way to go!
Heck, I can weigh-in on Thursdays. :-)I only started on Monday though. I am down 0.6 pounds, somehow, maybe because I walked with my husband.And WOW and HOORAY on the two pounds!!!
