Susan brought this delicious side dish! It was yummy! She said it was easy to make, too!!
Susan's Corn and Saffron Rice Casserole
5 ounce package saffron yellow rice
2 cans Mexicorn, drained
1 can cream of Celery soup
cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook rice according to package directions. Then stir corn and soup with rice. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
