  Bacon Quiche Tarts Bacon Quiche Tarts My sweet friend, Donna, treated our Sunday school class to these yummy treats this morning! They were delicious and received lots of compliments!  Thank you, Donna!! 5 slices bacon 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons milk 2 eggs 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 2 tablespoons chopped green onion 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 10 muffin cups. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp and evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside. Place the cream cheese, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl, and beat until smooth with an electric mixer set on Low. Stir in Swiss cheese and green onion, and set aside. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.   Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Logan loves these! He says they're like a peanut butter cookie with chocolate icing! 1¼  cups brown sugar 1 cup butter, softened 2/3 cup peanut butter 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 egg 2 cups flour ½ teaspoon baking soda Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly coat a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Combine brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter in large bowl; beat until combined. Add vanilla and egg; mix well. Stir in flour and baking soda until dough forms. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until just set. Cool while preparing icing. Icing: 1 stick butter 4 tbsp. cocoa 6 tbsp. milk 1 lb. powdered sugar Melt butter; add cocoa and whisk until smooth. Add milk and bring to a boil, while whisking constantly. When mixture reaches a boil, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth. Spread on bars immediately, while icing is still very warm.

 Chicken Parmesan Pizza Chicken Parmesan Pizza 1 refrigerated pizza crust 1 jar pizza sauce 6 - 8 frozen, breaded chicken strips cooked according to package directions and cut into bite-sizes pieces 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat pizza pan with cooking spray. Pat dough into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove dough from oven and spread with pizza sauce. Arrange chicken pieces over pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Return pizza to oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melts.

Cooking this simple meal together is part of the fun! Shrimp Scampi Pasta 1 lb. bag frozen, peeled and de-veined shrimp, thawed 16 oz. angel hair pasta 1/3 cup butter 1/3 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon chopped garlic (fresh or jarred) garlic salt to taste shredded Parmesan cheese Put pasta on to cook. While pasta is cooking, heat butter, olive oil, and garlic in a large skillet. Add shrimp and sauté until pink. If the shrimp is already cooked, just heat it through. Add garlic salt to taste. Pour shrimp and sauce over drained pasta. Plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sausage and Egg Squares Sausage and Egg Squares   This is a quick and easy dish, especially if you have pre-cooked your sausage and frozen it in the freezer. They were a hit in Sunday school. 1 pound pork sausage, browned and drained 6 eggs 2 cups milk 1 cup Bisquick 1 8-ounce package shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of Bisquick; add sausage and cheese. Pour into prepared dish.
