Barbequed Peanuts

This recipe is posted in memory of Mr. Jimmy Munn. For years, Mr. Jimmy was the Tom's "Peanut Man" in our area. He was a very sweet and kind man.  He will be greatly missed in our church and community.  Barbecued Peanuts Barbecued Peanuts I have made these for well over 20 years. I make them a lot at Christmas. They make great gifts or a tasty snack. They're perfect for munching on while watching a movie or ballgame. Men tend to love these! For gift giving, there is no need to buy an additional container. Simply remove the label from the jar and make a cute label using your computer. If you like, you can cover the lid with a cute round of scrap fabric and a piece of coordinating ribbon. Bonus: You won't be able to pack a handful or so of the peanuts back into the jar.
