Sausage and Egg Squares
This is a quick and easy dish, especially if you have pre-cooked your sausage and frozen it in the freezer. They were a hit in Sunday school.
1 pound pork sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
1 8-ounce package shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of Bisquick; add sausage and cheese. Pour into prepared dish.
Bake until golden brown and done, about 50 - 60 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes; cut into squares.
