Although this often brings about a good many changes in our planned menu, I have found it better to not exactly follow the plan, as to have no clue what's for supper. We had enough leftovers for supper tonight, so I didn't cook. I may make the pizza I had planned for tonight for our lunch one day. I did make these Apple Walnut Muffins for Larry to take to "The Crew" this morning. There were enough for our breakfast, too.
