Lightly coat a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Combine brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter in large bowl; beat until combined. Add vanilla and egg; mix well. Stir in flour and baking soda until dough forms. Press into prepared pan. Bake for 13-18 minutes or until just set. Cool while preparing icing. Icing: 1 stick butter 4 tbsp. cocoa 6 tbsp. milk 1 lb. powdered sugar Melt butter; add cocoa and whisk until smooth. Add milk and bring to a boil, while whisking constantly. When mixture reaches a boil, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth. Spread on bars immediately, while icing is still very warm.
