This is a very decent little pizza dough.
It's on par with the refrigerated variety, just a bit different texture.

Quick and Easy Pizza Dough
1 packet (2½ teaspoons) dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place warm water in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with yeast and allow to set for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt and sugar.
Add flour mixture to yeast mixture and stir until just blended.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 3 minutes.
Place dough in a bowl coated with olive oil, turning dough to coat with oil on all sides.
Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Stretch dough to fit a pan.
Top dough with sauce and toppings of your choice.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and done.
