I clipped this recipe several years ago from American Profile, which is a small magazine insert that come with our local newspaper, The Pontotoc Progress. It is yummy, yummy, yummy! I am in! I'm ever so slightly ahead of the game, as I started my weight-loss endeavor in August. So far I'm down 8 pounds. Slow but steady I guess. Good luck!

My 25th wedding anniversary was in 2006. :-) But I want to be in for 8 by the 15th - as cool as that sounds! That's 10 weeks- I'll keep track of my Tuesday weights.
