I love this stuff! I spoon it onto chopped apples, bananas, or a mixture of fruit - kind of a mix between a fruit salad and a dessert! This dip is also good on angel food cake and ice cream. Zap it just a second in the microwave to make it drizzle more easily! It would probably be good just eaten from a teaspoon, but of course that is just a guess! ;)
Because of its sugar content, it's not low calorie, so be sure to watch the portion size!
My container of caramel dip looked a little lonely in the fridge the other day. I took a spoon and had a little fellowship time with it and we both felt better.

WOW! Connie sure is doing great! I am going to claim maintaining my weigh this week. :-) I am still 0.6 lower than my first weight when we started ... Good job one and all!
